Remote Support
Welcome to the Solution Center Remote Support site. This service will allow a support representative that you are working with to access your device remotely and perform any necessary updates, maintenance, or services.
Getting Started
If you are not currently working with a support representative, please contact the Jackson College Solution Center first. If you are working with a representative, continue below.
Select the name of the representative you are currently working with from the Representatives box. Alternatively, if the representative supplies you with a Session Key, enter it in the box with that label and select Submit.
